- Inspect raw materials (lotus seeds), semi-finished products, and periodically check goods in warehouse.
- Sample and inspect to prevent non-conforming batches.
- Monitor temperature and technical parameters during production and storage.
1.2. Supervision & Reporting
- Supervise production stages according to technical guidelines.
- Inspect hygiene of factory, tools, and production equipment.
- Compile data and report quality daily.
